Appointments

Of necessity all visits are by appointment. You can call the office or use our portal to request an appointment. We offer appointments Monday through Friday 9-11:45am and 1-4:15pm with the exception of holidays. All our doctors see patients in both our offices.

The physicians at Ear, Nose and Throat are surgeons and are responsible for an on-call schedule, so at times a physician may be called to the operating room unexpectedly. Occasionally, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your understanding.

Our ability to treat patients efficiently relies on our patients informing us as soon as possible if they cannot keep a scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a service fee if you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance that you will not keep your appointment.

Prescription Renewal

In the event that you require a prescription to be refilled, you can call our office or request through the portal. We will need patient’s name and date of birth, the name of the medication you would like to have refilled and the dosage. Please make sure we have the correct pharmacy.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your refill to be called in.

Fees and Payment

We are committed to providing quality health care. One way to accomplish this is by reducing costly billing procedures. Therefore, we request payment of your copay and/or co-insurance at the time of service. For your convenience we will accept cash, personal checks and most major credit cards as payment.

If we participate with your insurance, we will bill it for you. For hearing aids, we only take Anthem insurance. If you have no insurance or we do not participate with your insurance provider, we require $200 at time of service. If the visit fee is more than $200, you will be billed for the remainder.
